    7. Artistic exhibitions or showcases: Evidence that the applicant's work has been displayed at artistic exhibitions or showcases.

    8. Leading or critical role in distinguished organizations: Proof of the applicant's leading or critical role in reputable organizations.

    9. High salary or other significantly high remuneration: Documentation demonstrating that the applicant commands a high salary or other significantly high remuneration compared to others in the field.

    10. Commercial successes in the performing arts: Evidence of significant commercial successes, such as box office receipts or record sales.

  6. Authorship of scholarly articles:

    • Objective: Provide proof of the applicant's authorship of scholarly articles in professional journals or major media.

    • Evidence: Copies of published articles; information about the journals' impact factors or reputation; citation records showing the influence of the articles.

  7. Artistic exhibitions or showcases:

    • Objective: Show that the applicant's work has been displayed in artistic exhibitions or showcases.

    • Evidence: Exhibition catalogs or programs; letters from curators or organizers; reviews or critiques of the applicant's displayed work.

  8. Leading or critical role in distinguished organizations:

    • Objective: Establish that the applicant has held a leading or critical role in reputable organizations.

  9. High salary or other significantly high remuneration:

  10. Commercial successes in the performing arts:

    • Objective: Provide evidence of significant commercial success in the performing arts.

Final Merits Determination:

Meeting at least three of the above criteria is necessary but not solely sufficient for EB-1A eligibility. USCIS conducts a final merits determination to assess whether the totality of the evidence demonstrates that the applicant has sustained national or international acclaim and that their achievements have been recognized in their field of expertise.
